Preparing for Open Cup

Wooh! So tired.. Today is the 2nd training that we have. Though the attendance wasn’t good, but we still trained hard. It was a good sweat out for all.. Poor Seet has to stay on the court for so long today.

Today my setting improved!! haha.. no more holdings! hehz, it wasn’t easy to switch back to indoor from beach. Have to constantly remind myself of the rules & concept of indoor.

Injured knee.. hurting.. (Might be due to last night drinking too) Good knee.. tired with slight pain. Can’t jump well… Especially when i gotta use my right foot to do the explosive jump.. My knee just cant make it. But this has made me learn to jump low and spike faster.. hehz.. Jia youz qin! =D Am just so tired.. How i wish i could dip myself into a tub of warm water and relaxed.. (no bathtub! *sadz*)

There’s beach vball training tomorrow… I gotta jia you wor!
